8.0Well-appointed apartment in a good location. Hosts were able to accommodate an early check in. They were very responsive to questions throughout the booking process.
− The entryway is a little rundown, but the unit itself is great.

7.0The property was located with easy access to tube stations. It was spacious and had the facilities we needed for our stay.
− Block out curtains would have made sleeping easier. A guide to the property and the area would have been helpful.

8.0Loved location, central and very close to Green Park tube. Excellent, kitchen, lounge, dining.
− Need to know our 2 b/r apartment was on 3rd floor, no lift, up 105 stairs, very narrow tairwell at the top, making very hard to lift suitcases., no teatowels.

− Asked for a cot to be supplied and they gave us a travel cot which the infant couldn't sleep in as it was rock hard and no mattress. Asked for our £50 cash back that we had given them on arrival for this and they declined.
