Impossibile to rest at night
4.0Spacious rooms, pretty view
− I can't understand how this place has so many perfect reviews, there's black mold in the bedrooms and in the showers, the water pressure is low and there's no hairdryer available. The only blanket provided is really thick, even if the temperature is cool at night we were feeling hot. The bedrooms' windows have no noise insulation: consider that there's a roosters farm below and they start to crow continuously at 4 am, then there's also a taho seller who has a stand under the balcony and starts yelling at 7 am. The wardrobe is locked, there's no space to hang your clothes.

− There was mold in the CR, and sometimes we can smell the sewage inside the unit.
I would stay there again and without question.

9.0Location is perfect. Very nice view! Host responds promptly. Ample number of bedrooms and bathrooms — all good sized. Unit was clean when we arrived. Value for money considering the location and the size of the unit.
− The “kulob” smell upon first arrival (maybe no occupant for some time). The ceiling of the bathroom needs changing as there might have been leaks from upstairs unit causing the ceiling to have molds.
Exceptional
10.0The property is just across The Good Shepherd and is near public transpo (jeepney terminal) towards Lakandula St. (infront of Baguio City Market). Its very convenient and economical as you don't have to ride a taxi/Grab taxi all the time. The owner is also very generous to allow us to extend for another 2 hours-- free of charge because our bus ride towards home is scheduled at 4:30pm. BIG THANK YOU!!! for sharing your property with us, we truly enjoyed our family vacation for 4 days and 3 nights.
− Whenever we come back to the unit, it smells like a drainage / septic tank upon arrival. Not sure if its coming from the lobby or the actual unit itself.
