It was spacious and it was fairly modern inside. All amenities worked as they should

− Would have been good to have outdoor table and chairs to use with the BBQ. Had to bring our own. The spare Manchester in the linen cupboard was just rolled up and chucked in the cupboard. Some Had marks on it. They did not seem fresh and clean. One would expect it to be folded and crisp. These were not. The fold out couch was meant to have bedding in the bottom of the couch. It did not. Lucky I brought a spare doona. When we arrived we were told the key would be in the key lock. It wasn't. The cleaner locked it in the house. It was virtually impossible to contact the keeper. Did not pick up the call. Tried texting but the replies were very slow and did not answer all my questions. We waited over an hour to get into the property.

Property has heaps of potential due to location and space. Just needs some upgrading and maintenance. The price was reasonable Was not very comfortable having to give such a big deposit in case of damages, booking.com did not advise me Of this at time of booking.

− I would not have booked this property, if I knew a loud construction of a 2 story house was being built. I was woken up at 7am with loud machinery, loud techno music and tradies yelling. I had to leave and could not stay for the whole 3 days. Building work was gong to go all week , No privacy, with workers coming and going and could see straight in to the driveway and bedroom windows. House is not insulated for this type of noise. Very upset as I was looking forward to a relaxing 3 days 😣 One air con for the entire house, was not powerful enough for the heat in the rooms. Fans might have helped. Cleaning not maintained properly, dusty and linen and towels provided, were poor quality and some stained. No where to sit on the back Yard

House was very close to Rosebud Plaza and 5 min drive to Rosebud Beach

− Would have loved if house had an outdoor table and chairs to sit and have dinner in the nice weather.

Privacy was good, kitchen well equipped

− Beautiful large deck but no outdoor furniture to enjoy it, shower head was broken, meant to be no dogs however carpet was covered in dog fur and presences of fleas, oven would not heat up.
