If not for the view and location, I would sum up by saying ‘Terrible’. I expect booking.com to contact me and provide a

− Zero cleanliness and hygiene considerations. Dog hair abundant, despite pets prohibited. Did not appear to have been vaccuumed for a long time. Toilet was not clean. Cupboard door came off, creating a hazard for occupants, especially children. My children have contracted head lice from staying here. Overgrown tree branches rubbing/knocking against windows, resulting in disturbed sleep. Couches were stained and dirty. Air conditioner does nothing for upstairs.
Over priced, great location.
4.0Location is great. Beautiful views of the cape. Quality furnishings. Crisp linen.
− In desperate need of a good clean. We had to wash windows to see the view, most plates we touched needed washing before use and we had to scrub dining chairs and table to remove sticky marks before using. Garden needs maintenance, path to door overgrown with tall grass. No laundry access.
