− 停電があり、その際の説明もなく暗い中1時間近く過ごす羽目になった。 また、エアコンの効きが悪く、汗だくだった。

9.0The staff were really lovely and they arranged airport pick up which was ideal! The room was good value for what we payed as we were only there for one night and they also arranged a taxi for us to get into Hanoi.
The staff was amazing and upgraded me to a larger room from using booking.com

8.0Welcoming staff, we were kindly given a free upgrade to a spacious suite. The airport pick up and drop off was efficient. Cheap and comfortable rooms conveniently close to the airport so somewhat forgiving of maintenance issues and quirks (such as a non plumbed bath tub that empties onto the bathroom floor!).
