10.0We were on the first floor, in a handicapped room, so we did not have to climb steps. We asked for extra pillows and received them without a problem.
− Everything was good. No complaints from us.

8.0It’s a beautiful property good location and comfortable room and bed
− No maid service, the staff had trouble comprehending basic English which I thought was strange I went to ask for some toilet paper one late afternoon because no one serviced our room and she kept trying to hand me a sheet of notebook paper finally a man came probably the owner and pointed at what I wanted. It was laughable but maid service is important we were there 5 days
