Ideal location and great apartments- would use again.

The location was ideal and the pool was very quiet- it felt like having a private pool.

− There was a crack in the wall of the bathroom where flies seemed to be coming in and out of the bathroom and into other rooms.

Not worth the price paid for it. There are much better options in the area.

Good size and walkable distance to the old town.

− We stayed in apartment H which is the 3 bedroom upper floor apartment. The WiFi was very poor, we reported several times but we were ignored. Since returning home we discovered they were well aware of problems with the WiFi. The cleanliness on arrival was average, we found crumbs in one bed and were bitten by fleas across our stay because the local stray cats had been let in to the apartment this is evidence by the cat scratches all up the side of the bed (see pictures). We presume these were done by the kitten that was howling at the door to come in when we arrived. All 3 showers flooded badly because the filter baskets don’t appear to have ever been cleaned (see pictures). Outside porch area overlooked a very busy street so there was no privacy and it was very noisy. The rear of the apartment and pool area is overlooked by residential flats so none of the curtains could be opened-and on that point the curtains were basically see through so we had to put to sheets up as well to add privacy. The pool was very dirty when we arrived-the edge had a greasy scum on it, it was however cleaned during our stay. There were 3 people (2 females and a male) who were not stopping at the apartment who used to just walk around the complex or sit around the pool area every day without introducing themselves, we found out on the final day that one was the owner and one was her father (still no idea who the third one was). The sofa in the living room is sectional and slides around the living room when you sit on it-it needs a rug under it. We asked for late checkout several times and kept being fobbed off. As we were leaving the owner told us that we could have had late checkout but it was too late, she told us she hadn’t been informed by the management company that we had asked. All in all cannot say it was worth the premium we paid for it-the cost was €2500 for a week and it is not worth it, they are charging for a premium stay and this is not a premium apartment.

Fantastic apartment in very good location for Rhodes Old Town

We loved all of it. It’s the most comfortable apartment we have ever stayed in which was a short walk to Rhodes Old Town.

− Only downfall was unstable WiFi connection

One week in paradise

J'ai aimé l'appartement dans son ensemble. Agréable terrasse privative, piscine avec de nombreux transats. De plus la situation géographique de cet appartement est vraiement génial. 150 mètres d'un super market, 100 mètres d'une boulangerie et 15 minutes à pied de la vielle ville.

− A amélioré, les équipements de cuisine. Même si il y a de tout je trouve que 4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux, 4 tasses, etc... c'est trop peu! Un micro-onde ne serait pas du luxe.
