− Absolutely unacceptable. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This booking was a complete disaster. I received confirmation, traveled two hours to get to the apartment — only to find out it was unavailable. The host was completely unresponsive. I called and messaged multiple times, got one reply, and then nothing. Much later, I got a message saying the apartment is “no longer available” and I should contact support. This is beyond unprofessional. I was left stranded, wasting hours of my time, money, and energy. I had to urgently find and pay for a different apartment, which was two hours away. I ended up paying for two nights just so I could get some rest after this chaos. The fact that this kind of situation is even possible on your platform is a complete failure of basic customer protection. No help, no refund, no responsibility — just silence and stress. Avoid this listing and this host at all costs. And if this is how the platform handles bookings gone wrong, then I seriously question whether it’s safe to use it at all.
