Positives (What I liked) The apartment's location is excellent. It is genuinely within easy walking distance to the main attractions, including the supermarket, local cafes, the lookout, and, most importantly, Cylinder Beach. This convenience made exploring the area very pleasant.

− Negatives (What I didn't like) Despite the great location, several significant issues detracted from the stay: 1. Security Concern: We had difficulty locking the apartment door from the inside. This is a major security and safety concern that needs immediate attention. 2. Excessive Noise: The property seemed to host many party-goers, who were extremely loud during the evenings. This made a restful stay difficult. 3. Faulty Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit in the small bedroom was non-functional. This is unacceptable, especially during warm weather. 4. Unacceptable Communication (The Biggest Problem): I have a strong suspicion I left a small bag containing electrical items (various charging cables) in the unit. I have sent two separate messages through the Booking.com platform requesting information about the lost property and have received absolutely no response. This complete lack of basic customer service and professional courtesy is, frankly, unacceptable behavior. The failure to respond to a guest, particularly about lost personal belongings, is extremely poor management.

I like the location. Very close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds. Nice little backyard.
