Place is on a isolated area, not very clean, difficult to reach. apartment is damp, smell molds.

− I went there on a medical purpose. when arrived no one was at the reception, found a contact number, called several times then someone came and provided the key. Heater is there in one room but no hot water. I was having fever and cold but had use the cold water. Apartments smells mold therefore, cannot used the wardrobe. In the kitchen there are only 2 shallow pans so it was difficult to cook. Kitchen window area and sink was dusty and dirty. Place is located in an isolated area so it was difficult to buy food and other needful. Electricity cut off a lot. like 15 times and more. No one was available to ask anything. have to call every time but no answer most of the calls.
