Exceptional but the broken FIRE door is a massive safety risk. It needs to be fixed immediately.
10.0Apart from two issues, everything was exceptional.
− The issues - (1) Garage remote did not work. A replacement was issued and then two days later, it stopped working and we had to get another replacement. (2) The BIG issue is that the (fire) door to the garage from the internal stairway does NOT work. We were told about this on check in - that it can be tricky - but we tried many different ways across multiple days and not once could we get it to open. We then had to access the garage via the road using the remote control to open the garage's roller door. This is seriously NOT GOOD. It's FIRE door!
