1.0− Персоналът не беше изобщо отзивчив имахме проблем с климатика на който вътрешното тяло капеше върху възглавницата, в банята имаше мухал, в стаята миришеше на спарено и застояло и не беше изчистено както се очаква в един хотел също така и по чаршафите имаше петна от мръсотия, имаше паяжини в банята и в самата стая, на телевизора имаше 2 пръста прах, имаше счупени мебели, сифона в банята беше изкъртен, не работеше телевизора, в ресторанта по бара се разхождаха мравки представям си какво ли е в самата кухня и каква ли е самата хигиена за приготвянето на храната, за да намериш някой от рецепция трябваше да обикаляш до ресторанта и да ги намериш защото през цялото време си стояха и пушиха цигари, при плащането на място не издават касов бон, когато поискахме да напуснем хотела защото нямаха друга свободна стая да ни преместят отказаха да ни възвърнат платената сума макар че прекарахме в този отвратителен хотел 3 часа.
