Great stay, lovely property
10.0Really lovely property, lots of facilities available. Great host- stayed here before my wedding and the host was happy for hair and makeup up artists to come to the property in the morning

9.0Everything was great , well equipped, great value and in an ideal location for the national arboretum which was the purpose of our visit.
− Couldn't get internet and couldn't contact the owners,would maybe benefit by leaving the WiFi code available

− We couldn’t get the karaoke machine to work or the mics. But still had fun listening to you tube and games.
Overall a lovely place great value for money just needs a little attention to cleaning
7.0Loved the look of the property from the photos it's very modern and clean looking! Upon arrival there was some building work going off but understandable as it's only just been renovated. Hot tub was amazing and under cover. Kitchen well equipped and provided tea coffee milk, toilet rolls and main towels for the shower etc. The arcade game was a hit with the kids and allowing pets was a bonus too.
− So the cleanliness could have been better, i'm guessing this is a cleaner issue but the people that own it. It was too clean if that makes sense. We pulled out the sofa bed in the room and there was sweet wrappers muck and odd small toy underneath 😢. The tables and sides hadn't been wiped down either and was no clothes or washing up liquid ( the dish washer was broke). I think it needs a pack to a QR code with instructions for the appliances/ boiler and also what's on the area as there was no information provided.

− No bannister on stairs and we travelled with older person, but i should have spotted this on photos. Or checked first.
