It was a nice stay.
7.0The pool.
− Aircon is not enough to cool the room still too hot.
Alleen als het moet.
3.0Het is goedkoop
− Enorm lelijke omgeving en lelijk gebouw. Nauwelijks sfeer te bespeuren.
Great potential but needs improvement
1.0Most staff was friend and the location is next to a hospital and the highway
− I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. First, they canceled my reservation on Booking.com without notifying me until several days after my stay. As a result, Booking.com did not collect payment from me via their platform, so the hotel asked me to pay them directly but I had already left the country. The payment process was unnecessarily difficult. I had to figure out how to send the payment on my own, as the hotel contacted me daily, demanding payment, but offered no practical options for electronic payment from a foreign guest. The main feature of the hotel—the pool—was in terrible condition. It was dirty and slimy!!! Service was also inconsistent. One staff member in the restaurant (a substitute on duty for a day) was very rude, while the regular staff member was excellent and professional. When we requested to move rooms due to a poorly functioning air conditioner, the housekeeping staff actually complained, saying it meant "double work" for him. This is not the kind of response a guest should receive. The place is under renovation as well. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of communication, poor service, and basic maintenance issues made for a very disappointing stay.
Improvements needed
6.0The staff were attentive and helpful.
− Our room was next to the kitchen so the floor was grimy and the air smelled of smoke. Seems like the elevator has not been working since last year - it is still not working. The free breakfast options everyday is limited to one thing. Every day it changes. The hotel structure is very strange, it is very "open" so it is hard to keep noise out. I kept hearing the phone ringing at reception, music from the street, and chatter from the ground floor of the building. The bathroom in the room is designed very poorly. The dip to the shower drain is not done well so water gets trapped outside of the shower area and sometimes flows into the bedroom.
Excellent place to stay to explore northern Negros Occidental
8.0Awesome facilities including amazing pools. It is a resort in a remote province and a great place to see northern Negros.
− Nothing
First time in rural area, people in usa would not tolerate this hotel.
6.02nd floor of old building, elevator didn't work right. Pool was nice.
− Water flushed black from toilet on first flush and not cleaned very well. Hand sink in resturant clogged and full. Lots of stairs elevator not working good.
