Never ever book this hotel.They charge me for Deluxe room but provide a small room.

A very pleasant stay, and great value for money.
10.0Wonderfully happy, pleasant family which runs the place! The hotel opens on a busy street, but the view from our room at the rear was, surprisingly, exceptionally beautiful. Great birdwatching from our room window. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean.
− The hotel is only accessed from a very busy street and parking is a challenge. However, this is common to nearly all hotels in Darjeeling. It is near Batasia Loop, far from the Chowrasta and the town centre. I wish they provide an electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets in the rooms, although they do readily supply hot water in thermos flasks on request.

10.0We stayed there for two nights and it was extremely comfortable and pleasant. Felt like home away from home. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. The food is good as well and the room was very clean and neat. We had the best New Year’s Eve there. We would always choose Norbu Khangsar every time we visit Darjeeling.
