Lovely hosts and nice room in peaceful location
10.0David and Lara are incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts; they provide everything necessary—and even more—to make one's stay all the more pleasant. The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk away from Brockley station, offering the perfect balance between easy access to the city and peaceful nights.

10.0It’s so cute! Location was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, had everything you needed as well as parking! The owners were great with communication and had everything we needed. Even a steamer!

A delightful affordable and stylish London stay
10.0Lara and David were friendly and kind. They offered us off street parking (free) but there’s also free on street parking right outside. We loved how cosy the space was and how considered it was, from the towel hooks to the electrical points. Plenty of space for storing your luggage and clothing, and bathroom too. We also loved that it was behind a coded gate, with easy access to everything we needed
− Can’t complain about anything during our stay. Previous negative reviews mention their dog, we only heard him bark to say hello when we first arrived, he is a friendly dog and clearly just excited in the first instance. I’d like to counter those negative reviews with a positive one, the owners of this space live in the house and also pre warn you ahead of booking about Teddy (the dog) who remained in the main house, and was quite and well behaved.

10.0The location is perfect, ten minute walk from some excellent local amenities, but tucked away in a secluded mews. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Warm and super-clean, some interesting books to peruse if you have time!
− There really isn't anything to mention, that would be nitpicky.
