Lovely setting but very disappointed in the lack of truthfulness by the staff regarding parking situation and the air co

− Air conditioning cannot cope with the heat built up during the day. Room was over 90 degrees F at night which made it impossible to sleep at all. Was also told by the staff when we called to confirm our arrival time that we could park our car inside the village but upon arrival after entering the ZTL we were told we could not park inside the village walls.

− Apparently management/ownership has changed. My messages on Booking were unanswered. Once I learned that I had to go to a local hotel to gain access all was good.
