Amazing location.
8.0Fantastic location! Sat in the lounge early morning watching the deer and birds in the woodland. Perfect short walking distance into the centre of Sheringham yet very quiet and peaceful. Good parking. Well equipped clean kitchen and bathroom. Only saw Steve (the owner) briefly on arrival and departure which suited us. His lovely dog and chickens popped by most days.
− Modern facilities but some furnishings needed a little upgrade. I couldn't sit on the large sofa as it was too uncomfortable for me. Husband didn't seem to mind.
Good, but a shame about the settees.
7.0We were self catering. Cooking facilities were good. The property took a while to get warm. Some cereal bowls would have been useful.
− The settees were quite uncomfortable. The bases you sit on needed re-upholstering, we took the quilts off the beds to make them more comfortable. Cushions would of been useful.

9.0We loved our stay at The Armory and exploring the local area from there. We were very comfortable as a family of 5 (children 11, 8 and 5 years). We loved that we could comfortably walk to the beach in Sheringham - for us it was a perfect location. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen well equipped with plenty of essentials already provided). We enjoyed the small back garden which is well furnished.
− We loved using the washing machine but were grateful we brought our own airer as we couldn't find one in the house. There is a short line outside.
Lovely few days but could of been a lot better
10.0Location and the layout along with peaceful surroundings
− Garden/terrace could of been little bit bigger Wasn’t cleaned to a high standard which let the property down, cob webs,dust, bathroom not cleaned,shower dirty,no instructions for the tv or cooker or how to turn the heating down as it was far to warm at night No initial introduction to the owners on arrival or throughout our stay only last day did they show interest esp when they lived next door
