Everything is new, cozy and very very clean! Super friendly owner, ready to help! Each person had a set of shampoo, soap, shower gel, cotton pads; there is a Nespresso coffee machine and a lot of capsules for it, but we do not drink coffee and perhaps it would be nice to replace some of the capsules with tea bags. All dishes, pots and a kettle are there. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, but we did not use and do not know if there are detergents for them. The area seemed safe with many good cafes; super convenient and fast road from the FCO airport 8 euros / adult, the owner sent all the necessary information a couple of days before our arrival. Thanks for the hospitality!

− For us, the mattresses on the bed and sofa are very hard; with opened windows at night it is noisy, but this is Italy), not close to the center, but very convenient to get to: under the windows there is a bus to the metro, and then wherever you need. transport in Rome is not ideal, a couple of times I had to take a taxi, it came out to 35 euros/trip to or from the center. But despite of this we highly recommend it!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Verde apartment in the Tiburtina area of Rome! The location proved to be fantastic, offering easy access to all the major sights thanks to the excellent bus and metro connections. The apartment itself was lovely and comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the convenient self check-in/check-out system. Our host, Nino, was incredibly nice and helpful. He provided us with valuable recommendations for local restaurants, shops, and the best transportation routes to the historic center. We highly recommend Casa Verde to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected base in Rome!

* Very cozy, clean, bright apartment; * Respectful and hospitable host; * Good location, a lot of shops nearby, a bus station in front of the building; * Working self check-in system with comprehensive but simple instructions from the host; * Everything you need for a good stay. Nino is a great host. The word "hospitality" can be fully applied to his attitude toward his guests. He visited us on the first day, showed everything, kindly answered all questions about the apartment and Rome (for example, how to buy bus tickets). The only thing I would recommend Nino, is to buy a small kettle :)
