− Der Besitzer wollte uns absichtlich in eine falsche, kleinere Wohnung plazieren, jedoch haben wir die grössere und teure Wohnung gebucht. Wir beharrten darauf, bis er uns diese gab. Er hat ohne unser Einverständnis, das Datum unser Reservation/Buchung von 3 auf 2 Tage verändert, obwohl er 3 Tage kassierte. Auf unser Verlangen, korrierte er die Buchung. Wir haben uns verbal gestritten. Zudem befanden sich in der Küche keine Küchenabtrocktücher und keine Bratpfanne.
