3.0la zona es muy linda. plena zona de negocios y casas de familia. bien ubicado. cerca de plaza 12 de octubre
− El departamento es muy caliente, hace allí mucho calor. tuvimos que prender aire acondicionado casi todo el tiempo...siendo que los primeros días hacia frio afuera. ademas había mucho polvillo, las paredes están feas, les falta mantenimiento y pintura, ya que tiene orificios sin tapas detrás de portero, aire acondicionado, baño y manchones importantes. las SABANAS ME PARECIERON VIEJAS Y CON FEO OLOR. el baño es impractico, no se puede andar mucho allí, no hay espacio entra marco de la bañera y el inodoro y bidet. tiene elemento de apoyo que están rotos y caídos sin arreglo encima de la bacha... ademas atrás de la puerta del baño hay un espacio que bien pensado seria interesantemente de guardado, sin embargo esta tan sucio y mal presentado, con cosas de limpieza balde y demas, que dan miedo que te salga un bicho...
