1.0location was not too far from the old town. but you wiill need to drive or take taxi anyways room size is not small.
− no English service. super hard to communicate and service guy only cares about the money. room and toilet and kitchen sink smells bad. bathroom facility was old. 100% not worth the price. you will need to cancel booking order for small discount. it was totally ripping off. don't book it if price is higher than 150sar. not worth it

8.0Location was convenient. Property could have been little better. Cost is more considering the facilities, perhaps because of EID holidays. Mr. Nadir was very helpful and thoughtful. He gave me a new room when i reported AC issue at once.
− Water pressure in the bathroom could have been better.
Expect least for big fee
3.0No Availability of service staff, too expensive compared to amenities and safety measures provided (eg: CCTV not working, poor parking facility, Conventional door locks, very low speed wifi, no replacement of toiletries, towels and so on), one good thing is location
