1.0Pas grand chose à dire quant au logement lui-même
− Qu'il soit mentionné dans l'annonce qu'il y avait un ascenseur (il figure bel et bien dans les équipements de cet immeuble très récent mais n'a manifestement pas encore été mis en service), que l'on nous avait réservé un logement au 3ème étage alors que ma femme est handicapée et qu'un échange n'ait pas été possible. Nous avons donc été contraints de changer de location en urgence et avons de ce fait perdu 24h00 de nos vacances à chercher une solution (dans le stress et donc sans profiter de rien). Nous n'avons non seulement bénéficié d''aucun dédommagement pour le préjudice subi mais avons constaté, en guise de promesse de remboursement, avoir carrément été débités d'un montant de 237,96€ pour une seule nuit ! La nuit étant en principe de 96,83€ (taxe de séjour comprise), cela revient à dire que nous avons pour notre très mauvaise expérience réglé finalement plus de 160% du prix prévu !!! Procédé particulièrement malhonnête donc litige a suivre, cela va de soi...
