Communication lacking

− Communication is seriously lacking. This place has no reception with staff, should treat it to be more like apartments. I waited for almost an hour to check in. A half an hour into waiting, I sent a message through Booking messaging, finally the owner showed up. There was nowhere in the confirmation that I needed to contact someone upon arrival, no signs about it. Some rooms don't have any windows, the rest have windows facing the courtyard. Tables and benches in the courtyard were covered in sand. The same thing happened with the breakfast. The owner didn't tell me it was served at nearby Afsona, so I waited for a total of an hour before instructed to go there. Again, the sign said only 8 to 10, didn't say where, and my confirmation didn't say anything about it. After I messaged on Booking, there was no response, so I tried WhatsApp. After waiting for his reply, I tried calling a couple of times, no response. He eventually responded and told me to go to Afsona. No apologies. It was totally chaotic at Afsona with the tour group of a dozen people came right after I started having mine. Some of them didn't have seats. They could foresee this, let the tour group make a reservation for the breakfast, then tell us the day before to have breakfast outside that period. Breakfast was inconsistent: some days it was substantial, other days, it was barebone. Only hot dish was fries, no yogurt, with rotten fruits. They should know it starts at 8, but they were making fries, we waited for half an hour. I wish the breakfast started an hour earlier. Breads are kept in the fridge, so they were stale. Cash only, USD accepted.

10.0The owners were really kind. We got a bigger room than what we have booked and also they allowed us to check out late. They did everything for our comfort. Location of the guest house is also perfect!
