− La cocina no funcionaba bien, poco menaje (no había ni para los 4 que éramos).

− La ubicación de la casa es muy dificultosa para personas que tengan algún problema para hacer esfuerzos, las habitaciones ( sin aire acondicionado)y el baño estaban en la planta bajar y en la primera planta la cocina, comedor y la terraza con aire acondicionado..
