5.0La posizione in assoluta tranquillità a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia.
− Se si fitta una struttura ad un prezzo non proprio regalato lo si fa con una adeguata ristrutturazione e fruibilità degli spazi anche esterni (praticamente in stato di super abbandono, per non dire pericolanti, soprattutto gli arbusti). Non basta mettere estintori o rilevatori di gas. Bisognerebbe anche far presente del viale privato in uno stato di abbandono. Peccato perché investendo un poco si potrebbe sfruttare un grosso potenziale, anche solo mettendo dei condizionatori che ormai siamo nel 2025 e in estate sfioriamo i 40 gradi (errore nostro non accorgerci della mancanza). Non adatto a famiglie con bambini. Da rivedere pulizia degli ambienti, sembrava una casa riaperta dopo un anno rimasta chiusa. Voto di incoraggiamento.
