− Hello, I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment entrance. There are maintenance works taking place, and the area is noticeably unclean. This is not the standard I expected when making the booking and it negatively affects the overall experience. Unfortunately, this situation was not communicated to me before my arrival. Had I been informed in advance, I could have made a more informed decision regarding my accommodation. Given the inconvenience and the difference between the expected and actual condition of the property, I would appreciate your consideration of an appropriate compensation or partial refund.
