Muy buena cabaña, excelente ubicación cerca de todo caminado y tiene supermercado al lado. Además, está muy bien equipada.

La maison au grand jardin tres bien située

Merci beaucoup Keka pour ce séjour exceptionnel a rapa nui.🙏 Le logement est beaucoup plus grand que ce a quoi je m attendais et dispose d'un magnifique grand jardin clos. Keka est tres gentille et avons pu louer par l intermédiaire de son amie une petite voiture pour la journée que nous avions en libre (50 000). Prise en charge et retour a l aéroport. Avons meme pu rester apres le cheking car notre avion partait en fin de journée. Deux chambres dont une tres grande.machine a laver dispo sur place.wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Gentillesse de Keka, qui parle tres bien le français. Logement situé a proximité immédiate du super marché et a proximité immédiate du centre ville (moins de 5 minutes a pieds)Les poules qui sont dans le jardin🥰

− Anecdotiques car c etait tres bien, Manque quelques produits de base car certain etaient vides (insecticide, huile, bouteille d eau a l arrivee par exemple)

− Easter Island is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately our entire experience was heavily impacted by a very shocking incident that happened in this apartment. For this reason, I would never recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property lacks proper maintenance. There are gaps in the structure, missing mosquito nets, and even where they are present, they are broken. At first we didn’t think too much about it — and that was a big mistake. One night, after leaving the window slightly open for a short time, we woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of large cockroaches inside the room. The apartment was full of them — in the bedroom and kitchen — and we even found one in the bed. We had to deal with at least ten of them. They were extremely large, some even over 10 cm, far bigger than anything we had ever seen. It was honestly a nightmare. We immediately informed the host, but the response was completely inadequate. We were only given a basic mosquito spray, which was clearly not sufficient for such a situation. Given the lack of maintenance and what happened, we requested a partial refund, but this was refused. Only after we said we would leave an honest negative review were we offered an alternative accommodation. However, this was not suitable for us: it was a hotel without a kitchen and the offer came late in the evening, making it impractical to move. We also rented a scooter through them, which was old and worn out. You can find newer and better options in town for the same price. The only positive aspect — unrelated to the apartment itself — was a tour with the host’s husband, Tito, who was kind and pleasant. Overall, this was a very negative experience. The issue with cockroaches is not something to underestimate: I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
