− Not very clean Paying £800 deposit was expecting 5 star luxury Carpets filthy and I had to clean the shower before i could use. I sent host photos and videos. The host was really good very attentive

− Le réseau dans la rue n’était pas bon et du coup je n’ai pas pu avoir les informations pour verser la caution et récupérer les clés. Il a fallu rentrer dans un hôtel avec wifi pour se faire aider.
Nice location but not a great place

− Getting my keys was unnecessarily difficult due to poor communication. Messages sent via WhatsApp and Booking.com went unanswered, and the host hung up on me the first time I called. When I finally managed to reach them, I first had to prove that I had paid the deposit before they gave me instructions to collect the keys from a nearby night shop.

1.0− We are very dissatisfied with the apartment and do not recommend booking it. First of all, a very messy apartment, dirty windows, poor cleanliness rating. There are 22 steps to the apartment that you cannot read anywhere, so if you have suitcases you have to count on breaking down carrying them by the time you get to the apartment. The owners did not even call or ask if we needed help with the luggage. They left small bottles of shampoo for one bath??? which means they are not even able to invest 5 pounds in customer service and have shampoos in the bathrooms. The heating is set to constantly turn off and the temperature drops to 18 degrees. There are no windows in one bedroom. Our flight was canceled on the first day due to fog so we arrived only the next day and of course they did not agree to refund the first night since it was a force majeure. So for the money you will pay for that apartment you will not get any service and that is why we do not recommend this apartment from the bottom of our hearts.
