8.0The location and the staff. Superb.
− The facilities need improvements, Install bidet in the toilet, big restaurant with international menu and improve the pool like provide running fresh water mountain with temperature control & no chlorine. Provide a convenient store in the Eco Village.
Beautiful mountain stay with kind staff and great breakfast, despite a slightly confusing start.
8.0Beautiful location with stunning mountain views, lovely weather, and a peaceful natural setting. The staff were warm and kind, breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very nice.
− Check-in was a bit confusing at first because of the language barrier, and it would have been helpful if the listing had clearly mentioned that some chalets are a walk away from the kitchen and main area. The property also looked slightly different from the photos.

9.0Vistas impresionantes, alojamiento espacioso y limpio, staff super simpático, desayuno rico. Nos llevaron por la mañana a la granja para ver a los animales e incluso nos pusieron una cama supletoria para el niño que no nos cobraron. Una atención excelente.
− La carretera para llegar es algo mala, pero se puede hacer perfectamente con un coche normal y la parte mala es corta, menos de 10 mins.
