The property is private and well equipped. Initially I thought why is there a bath in the middle of the bedroom? After a long 48hours of travel and uncomfortable seats and beds, a bath in the middle of the bedroom is exactly what you need. And the included bath salts work a treat. I slept like a baby.

− The conflicting information. Bookings.com gave us one way to access the property on the booking information. Apparently that wasn’t correct. We had received an email the morning of the stay with the correct method of access but we didn’t have any service most of the day and I was not getting emails. I rang the owner and it was sorted promptly. This was not the fault of the owner but annoying nonetheless. This information should have been given to us by Bookings.com much earlier to avoid the confusion.

The layout of the building is very well thought out. The bath is amazing and you can take in the views of the country side while relaxing in the bath or on the deck. The bed is comfortable and there is everything you need, extra towels and two bikes to ride down to Lilydales main road and shops.

This stunning home deserves as many stars as possible. An absolute gem <3

This unique home nestled in the farmlands is STUNNING. I walked around the property for so long in absolute awe of the place. All the little touches felt so special and super welcoming. You can tell they've spent a lot of time and really thought about how to make it extra special. It was luxury all over. They had everything you could possibly need to visit. Enough so that I felt I could live there forever. They had treats, milk and water ready on arrival and a cupboard stocked with so much coffee, sugar, tea and extra bits of food, and everything needed for cooking. More than your average stays. There's heated flooring, gorgeous bath with a selection of salts, big double head shower with a sliding door!!, robes, huge glass windows with stunning natural light, smart TV with a sound system, record player with a big range of vinyl selections, washer and dryer with all the products needed, outdoor chairs looking over the farms, a firefit and garden full of native and animal loving plants and trees and a gorgeous kitchen with a real coffee maker all really picked out to make you extra comfortable. You won't always get the sweet cows right up at the back fence (sad we didn't get them up close on our visit) but a walk around the neighbourhood there is horse farms and we got a good cuddle with a horse. Im so happy I found this place and im 10000% coming back next visit. Chefs kiss to the hosts, you've done amazing.

− It is a gorgeous small town that has limited restaurant options if your picky. Theres still a decent variety off food options and a local grocery just down the road but im a huge breakfast loving girl so if they had a cafe with breakfast options I would have been in heaven. Obviously no fault of the hosts or related to the property, just a note for the location.

Romantic Getaway

Beautiful, peaceful and private. Loved the layout and colour scheme and just everything about it. Wish we'd been there in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor goodies. And the drive to the city and back was very reasonable.

− A few little nooks and crannies weren't as clean as they could have been.

Perfect to switch off

Such a comfortable space. It was amazing to just switch off from everything for a night. The set up was just perfect, had everything I needed. I love the amount of natural light that gets let in, and the control over lighting was great. The heated flooring was amazing as well, wasn't cold at all
