10.0Was fully equipped. Clean and the kitchen was filled with everything you need. Definitely loved my stay.

7.0Bed was super comfy and kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils. Super nice to have boogie boards, chairs, bikes, and a cooler included.
− Minor issues like the sink not draining properly and outside light not working on the patio. I do think it would be nice to have more toiletries depending on the length of your stay. My wife and I stayed for a week and were out of toilet paper and dish washing pods the last couple days of our stay.
Really a nice unit. Nicely renovated. Just needs a better air unit in bedroom.

− The bedroom needs an air unit. Gets really hot in the bedroom. The unit in there doesn’t work so good.
