Nice and quiet

− Room was advertised as having a TV and an oven but these facilities were not in the cabin.

− It wasn't clean bedroom toilet didnt flush at all just the noise of running water was told if I wanted to use it to put a pan of water down it. Was then told to keep the heating down low and be mindful of there electricity bill😯 hot tub was cold so couldn't use the first night ended up going home early

Quiet location on a small site. Lovely lodge as ours was the end one so not overlooked when in the hot tub. Kids park next to us was ideal. Lodge itself was basic, a little dated, but perfect for our family group (we also hired the next door lodge as we are a large family). Plenty of space, two bathroom were ideal! Beds perfect. Social space in kitchen dining living area was great. Hot tub was maintained daily, young lad was cheerful and pleasant. Could fault nothing. You get what you pay for and we’d stay in this end lodge again. Very happy.

− Can’t think of anything at all. Even the wifi was great for such a rural location. Definitely need a car tho as cannot really walk to anywhere, but then the site is ideal for chilling and relaxing on a self catering basis. Perfect.

You get what you pay for, slightly dated but would recommend for families.

Lovely lodge on the whole. Great space and facilities. Hot tub was great. My parents hired the lodge next door at the same time, so we had a great time, small play park next to the lodges that that kids loved. Beds comfy. Two bathrooms ideal. Parking space for two vehicles. A lovely laid out small site.

− Had a really musty doggy smell when we arrived. But there had been four dogs in before us! So maybe think of refreshing the lodge after dogs stay in future. We had to open all doors and windows for an hour or so, but the smell did stay all the time. I think it must have been in the carpets and sofa perhaps. Shame that you allow dogs at all as we had to keep the toddlers off the floor and put throws over the sofas. A bit dated in places, but would visit again (just would ask for a pet free lodge next time).

The property was bright and spacious. The surroundings were peaceful and added to the relaxation of the hot tub. Beautiful accommodation.
