A small nice quiet place to.stay for families or aged people
8.0This is not a place for everybody. The resort is very little.and well mantained and the flat we stayed spacious with a great terrace with view. But the feel.is a bit "sterile" since very few clients / people around and there is nothing to do besides the beach club and a couple restauramts / bars for evening aperitivo. Also outside the resort in Sistiana there is nothing if you are looking for some excitement avoid staying here. Having said that if you are looking for a beautiful calm setting (although a bit overpriced) for family with young kids or aged people it might be good for you.

10.0Fantasztikus városka a városban. Kiváló lehetőségek a főszezonban, mi azonban még előtte voltunk, igy nem tudtunk minden lehetőséget kihasználni. A kilátás lélegzetelállító volt.
− Bár az apartmanunk elhelyezkedése tökéletes volt, a tetőtéri hálószoba az alacsony belmagasság miatt nem volt kényelmes számunkra. A személyzetmentes érkezés a késő esti órákban okozott ugyan némi fejtörést, de végül sikerült megtalálnunk az apartmanunkat.
Appartamento e panorama stupendo, ma assistenza e pulizia non adeguate.
8.0Ottima posizione panoramica, appartamento curato con qualche riparazione da fare, ma nel complesso ben studiato.
− La pulizia dell'appartamento non era stata effettuata, abbiamo trovato lenzuola e pavimento sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare le ore 21.30 per poter accedere all'appartamento per dare modo di sostituire le lenzuola e passare l'aspirapolvere. Purtroppo restavano evidenti tracce sui mobili, frigorifero, forno e terrazza dei precedenti avventori. La comunicazione con l'amministrazione è stata difficoltosa e non tempestiva. Si può comunicare solo tramite SMS su WhatsApp. Al telefono non risponde nessuno.

9.0Die Wohnung ist hell und modern gestaltet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl auf der großen Terrasse gefühlt und der Ausblick hier ist traumhaft. Die Avolare Apartments liegen oberhalb, aber aufgrund der Aufzüge konnte man einfach zur Bäckerei, etc. gelangen. Die bereitgestellten Liegen + Sonnenschirm am Strand fanden wir praktisch und der Beach Club war cool. Wir kommen wieder!
A wonderful stay.
10.0Wonderful apartment with a beautiful terrace. We especially loved the included spot at Portopiccolo Beach Club, in the first row, right in the middle and very close to the sea. Elena was always quick to respond and especially helpful on our last day, allowing our dogs to stay in the apartment while we spent a little longer at the beach. We would gladly return.
