3.0Bella casa / struttura. Una villa con garage, ampio salone. Ha ottime potenzialità se meglio curata.
− Pulizia pessima. Armadi pieni di vestiti e elettrodomestici in disuso. Uno scarafaggio nella doccia (senza tenda). Peli nel bagno e zucchero o polvere nella specchiera fatiscente. Cucina sporca e poco attrezzata (padelle). Balcone con escrementi di animali.
