− We have a complaint against this property. And has not dealt properly with the owner. We are asking for a refund on the unused 2 nights. They are false advertising 1 large bed 1 double and 2 sofa beds. There is no sofa beds in the unit as posted on the profile. Ended up sleeping on the floor. Only gave 2 towels for 4 adults booked in the unit. no wifi access as posted as well. The owner is not responding on the calls and concerns of the guests. Got a response in the morning from owner and said that they have quiet time and cannot answer at night even you have concerns. Tried to get a refund as there is also free cancelation option because we cannot stay and sleep on the floor for the next 2 nights. But the owner refused to give refund. Very unprofessional. Not worth of your money. Very disappointing.
