10.0The location is excellent you are walking distance to everything, and at the end of the day you can experience the food culture in an area not as commercialized or crowded. It was perfect.
− Check in was a little difficult. We were there early, but that was known prior to arrival date, and we weren't really getting any notifications as to if we could get in. I was the one who had to initialize the conversation for readiness.

6.0The location is perfect, but the beds, pillows and amenities of the place are not ideal. The pillows especially were terrible. The heater was not working — we had to restart it every time — and we only had hot water for a few minutes
