1.0− while booking the hotel i did not get any information about property is not available and even after prior to my check-in date i did not get any information about that property is shutdown, i was totally panic while i am at the property simply they are telling your booking is cancelled. this is the first time i am facing such a nonsense. in fact i trust booking.com but this kind of disaster situation lost the trust and leads to other service provider .poor service and even booking.com also not intervein in this to help the customer. this is the last booking in booking.com.
