1.0− The villa was advertised as having a heated pool, but in reality, it was cold and dirty. When I brought this up, the host was extremely rude and dismissive, stating that he didn’t care about what was advertised on Booking. He even admitted that the pool was never heated, making excuses about a broken pipe—something I had no interest in hearing. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming I avoided direct communication and preferred to use the official Booking chat, which was simply my preferred method of contact. That being said, the villa itself was beautiful, and the overall hotel experience was great. The food was good, and the spa was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel—just not in this particular villa. The misleading advertisement and the host’s unprofessional attitude made the experience frustrating.
