− Space. It is relatively small. But all things were perfectly fitted.

8.0Расположение: рядом метро и автобус. Тихо. Очень чисто. Простота заселения. Кухня хорошо оснащена. Чувствуется, что хозяин любит эту квартиру.
− Цокольный (полуподвальный) этаж. Ожидал нормальный душ, а по факту - лейка около унитаза: заливает весь санузел. Нет болших полотенец, но есть много маленьких. Нет инструкции по управлению газовым котлом, соответственно, у нас были проблемы с горячей водой и отоплением (теплый пол), пока не скачали инструкцию в интернете.

− It would have been good to have a little warmer water in the shower. But this is only an advice, we loved the flat.

9.0清潔できれい。備品の充実。(たくさんの上等なタオル。洗面用具。シャンプー類。台所の設備。食器。お茶、コーヒー、お菓子、インスタントラーメンなど。オーナーからわざわざ日本語で手書きのメッセージがありました。ゴミ袋、捨て方の適切なメモ。寝心地の良いベッド。
− ルームコロンは不要でした。 せっかく最新のエスプレッソマシンを用意してあるのに、韓国の習い性なのかもしれませんが、薄いコーヒーの用意が残念でした。エスプレッソ用の濃いコーヒーがあったらもっとありがたかったです。
