− Treppenhaus ließ das Schlimmste vermuten, Wohnung war dann entsprechend besser. Ultrakleines Bad. Zu kleine Pfannen, um für vier Personen zu kochen. Teller, Töpfe und Pfannen mussten gespült werden vor Benutzung.

The pictures are deceiving. The whole place needs upgrade immediately.

− Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We were extremely disappointed with our stay. First of all, access to the flat involved climbing four flights of stairs, which made unpacking especially difficult with young children. The building itself felt unsafe and was noticeably dirty, particularly the stairwells which were dusty and poorly maintained. Upon entering the flat, we were immediately hit with a damp smell and found the space unclean. One bedroom had a Henry hoover placed awkwardly next to the bed, while the other had a very noisy boiler installed in the room—making it difficult to relax or sleep. Every time someone used hot water, the boiler made loud, disruptive noises. There was also a used mop and bucket left right outside the bedroom door, which added to the sense of poor hygiene. The toilet took an unusually long time to refill after use, and the towels provided had an unpleasant smell. We were particularly let down by the misleading listing. The photos made it seem like the flat offered beautiful sea views, but in reality, you can only catch a distant glimpse of the sea. Parking was another major issue, as it was extremely difficult to find a nearby spot. To top it off, the shower door handle kept falling off, which was both annoying and inconvenient. Even if we were offered a free stay, we would not return. This property did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards, and it certainly did not match the expectations set by the listing.

− Ne pas réserver! DO NOT BOOK!!!! I've never seen a more filthy place than this flat! The bathroom was filthy, the kitchen, carpet, bed linens, bath towels, cushons, kitchen worktops etc... were a disgrace. The carpet in the master bedroom stank of feet and vomit. The wardrobe was moving and looked like it could fall anytime on the child bed...The bed linen were dirty. The towels had the worst smell ever. The oven was covered in thick layers of grease and didn't work! The fridge leaked and so did the washing machine which flooded the downstair neighbour! we were told that the landlord is aware of this but he still hasn't fix it! The extremely dirty bathroom is so small, you cannot get to the sink! Worst flat ever and if I could give no star, I would as it doesn't even deserve any stars. I do not understand how the landlord is allowed to rent this flat and get away with it. Beware!
