8.0had a lovely stay at Hostal Arenal Madrid. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. A special thank you to Brandon and Luis for kindly accommodating my room change request and making me feel welcome. The only thing that would make the stay even better is having washing facilities available for guests. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay here again.

− You Are forced to do a online check-in with lots of questions. Need code to enter building and hotel on the 4th floor. A lot of noice from the street and the neighbors

Great value and location
9.0Great location, clean, comfortable and freshly decorated. Very good value compared with similar in the area, had everything we needed for a short stay. Booked a double room as single did look very small, and it was great.
