− The toilet was leaking but think you already knew had problems with it as someone came round to check on it

2.0The location
− On arrival the door was unlocked. 2 of the bedrooms weren't clean and my children refused to sleep in them. There was no working boiler so no hot water at all and only a trickle of water. Despite asking for a new gas bottle a nearly empty one was attached which still didnt work. So still no hot water !! This was not acceptable at all. I raised a complaint with the host which is still being ignored.

10.0The owner of the caravan has been absolutely brilliant. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. I would highly recommend this caravan to all my friends and family. Thank you 👍 for having us stay, we look forward to another visit later in the year.
