− location - a bit confusing to locate air-cond - must add another unit in the living room or use a bigger horse power because the living room is big. Also, must install 1 unit air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom. Very stuffy without it. host hospitality - have to be more friendly and ready to make things easy for tenants. Try not to be very by-the-book. Have to be more personalised. Don't force tenant to communicate thru email if they prefer Wassap. What the HP no was for, in the first place? And try to be more informative when tenant ask a question, not just rub it off with uncaring answer. It makes us feel not important and unwelcome.
