Dobrá komunikace a výborná snídaně, ale bohužel výrazné nedostatky v čistotě.
4.0Velmi oceňuji rychlou a bezproblémovou komunikaci s ubytováním. Personál byl milý a vstřícný, ochotně nám vyšel vstříc s časem snídaně. Snídaně byla velmi bohatá a příjemným překvapením.
− Bohužel nás zklamal celkový stav čistoty ubytování. Již při příchodu bylo vidět, že společné prostory nejsou dostatečně uklizené, a uvnitř byl cítit cigaretový zápach. Pokoj i koupelna působily zanedbaně – byl zde prach, nedostatečně umyté WC, ve skříňce pod umyvadlem špinavý a zapáchající ručník. Lednici jsem před použitím musela alespoň částečně vyčistit. Starší vybavení by nám samo o sobě nevadilo, problémem byla především nedostatečná čistota a údržba.

Rough experience, rough night
6.0Sasa, whether he is the owner or just works there, is a fantastic guy! Very helpful and kind.
− Not soundproof, very old, poor heating. We had a really rough night there. We could hear people going up and down the stairs, people in the nearby rooms, and window was as good as none. Temperature in the room was about 10 degrees. The hotel is in a lovely place, but it really requires good investment to make it enjoyable.
