− Uniche pecche sono le scale all'interno dell'appartamento pericolose per un bambino piccolo e il fatto che per raggiungere il nostro appartamento dovessimo fare due rampe di scale per scendere in cortile e una per salire. Quindi scomodo con il passeggino.

9.0− Su due bagni almeno uno doveva avere la finestra ! La scala dalla porta di ingresso al piano appartamento non avendo alcun tipo di portina/chiusura nel buio notturno era pericolosa perchè per errore ci si poteva cadere dentro.
