8.0We have been staying at the Ashley Inn for family reunion over 25 years, we like the family environment.
Needed better cleaning services and bed and cable.

− Cleaning services the staff was off or quit had to take dirty towels to front desk to replace. The bed needs replaced had sink spots I got up with back pain. Statilite tv going in and out.
I will never book here again!! Sleeping in my car would have been a better choice!!

− The hotel was filthy!! It was also a fire hazard with visible broken outlets and bathroom vents covered is black junk! The keys were hard to get out of the locks! Batteries were out of the smoke detectors. One room had no way to watch the TV. It had no box and no batteries in the remote. I requested the rooms close together and they put someone in the room between us!! We had children with us so next door was important to us!!
