7.0- The hotel is located high on the town and the view from the room was one I cannot easily forget!! Just for this view i would book again tomorrow! - The staff (owners?) were extremely helpful and friendly!

3.0The owner is very kind, nice and helpful as a person. But he doesn't really seem to be very professional as a hotel owner, cause the building is old (as every other in old town Mardin, that's why a lot of care is needed) and there's very little maintenance put on it, if any.
− The room was bright and big but it looked nothing like the one I had booked on the app. We found the door open upon arrival and a lot of flies flying over the bed. It was hard to find the place but the owner was helpful and very fast in replying on WhatsApp. During the night, though, it's very hard to walk back because the street was very dark and a part of it was blocked by debris of a fallen building. Sadly we ended up paying without spending not even one night in the room cause my boyfriend has asthma and couldn't breath properly due to the poor air quality. There was deep black mold in the hallway towards the bathroom, not very human-friendly especially if you have existing health issues.
