Am avut un sejur excelent si recomand cu mare drag aceasta proprietate! Desi apartamentul este micut, este extrem de bine organizat si dotat cu absolut tot ce are nevoie o familie pentru o vacanta confortabila. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Locatia este perfecta: foarte aproape de plaje, magazine, restaurante, centrul statiunii si viata de noapte. Cu toate acestea, zona este foarte linistita. Am dormit in fiecare noapte cu ferestrele larg deschise si nu am fost deranjati de niciun zgomot. Desi apartamentul nu are aer conditionat, nici nu a fost nevoie. Temperatura a fost foarte placuta, iar ventilatoarele puse la dispozitie au ramas nefolosite. Michael este o gazda extraordinara – foarte amabil, primitor si atent la fiecare detaliu. Ne-a intampinat personal la check-in, iar la plecare ne-a asteptat pentru predarea cheilor. Cum am ajuns foarte tarziu in noapte, am fost impresionati sa gasim frigiderul bine aprovizionat si multe dulciuri pregatite pentru noi. In plus, am primit si un magnet de frigider, un gest frumos care ne va aminti cu drag de aceasta vacanta Comunicarea cu Michael a fost impecabila inainte si pe durata sejurului, raspunzand mereu prompt si cu multa amabilitate. Totul a fost la superlativ! Daca vom reveni in Tenerife, cu siguranta vom alege din nou aceasta cazare. O recomandam cu toata increderea si prietenilor nostri care vor dori sa viziteze Tenerife.. Un 10+ are din partea noastra.

A wonderful apartment that truly feels like home

We had a wonderful stay! A wonderful apartment that truly feels like home, looks exactly like the pictures, and offers excellent equipment, great comfort and a fantastic host. The apartment was extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. From a washing machine, to a toaster, an iron and its stall, a coffee machine, cleaning supplies, and even toothbrushes plus toothpaste - it really has all the necessities. The handover was smooth, friendly and uncomplicated. The host was truly excellent: very welcoming, helpful and reliable. What really stood out was how thoughtfully the apartment had been prepared and furnished. It does not feel like a basic holiday rental with just a sofa and a TV; it feels genuinely homey, comfortable and welcoming. The interior is very well arranged, the equipment is excellent, and we immediately felt at home. Since there's no AC, the ceiling fans were also a real highlight and made the apartment even more comfortable. Not only are beaches close by, you also won't be disappointed by the selection of bars, restaurants and shopping locations. With a mall in walking distance (only around 10-15 minutes away), including a supermarket, you really won't miss a thing. A few points to keep in mind, although they should not be understood as negative points: due to the location, it can sometimes be a little louder. There are hotels and - a little further away - bars and restaurants around the area, and depending on the time of day, you may also hear some noise from the nearby bus station. The apartment also overlooks the whole surrounding area, which is exactly what makes the view so special. In my opinion, anyone booking this location should be aware of that. Overall, these are simply things to know in advance, not reasons to rate the apartment any lower. For us, the stay was excellent and fully deserves 10/10.

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location and Superb host!

This apartment was superb! The owner Michael is so friendly and kind and you can tell he has put a lot into this apartment and it shows with the place the ameneties and the love that he provides! The location is perfect, less than 3 mins walk to the beach, behind is a major bus stop, the Siam mall/ water park is less than a 10 min walk! We also had free parking in secure gated area with a fob that was provided. Water pressure was great and filter water to drink. The bed was so comfy and extra blankets provided. The best part was the views! All windows open fully and the balcony opens to beautiful views of sunsets and you can see the whole of the front! It’s clean quiet place and I truly recommend! (My parents stayed in local 5* hotel and were super jealous hehe)

Perfect Place to Stay in Tenerife

The property is located in a very good area in Las Americas, good walking distance from supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, beach and bus stops. The host, Michael, provides you everything you need for your stay and he's always willing to help you out with anything you need. We loved the flat, how quiet the place is - good for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the nightlife at the same time. Definitely, we will come back on our next trip to this lovely island.
