6.0Great location and very hard working staff. Hotel is a bit dark with decor and could be refreshed. They worked hard to accommodate my request. They have some issues with bugs at the property which they work diligently to control however we are in India. Overall good guest experience

8.0I had been at Parmarth for a course for two weeks. Wanted a comfortable last night in Rishikesh and found it at Hotel Nirvana Palace.

6.0We stayed 4 nights. Neither breakfast or bottled water was included though advertised on holes.com. Wifi works well in reception only. Bedroom clean. Provided very good airport taxi.

2.0予約当日チェックインしようとすると、満室だから泊まれないと突っぱねられる。料金も支払済だからそんなはずはないと言っても取りつく島もない。エクスペディアさんお金を返して下さい！This is the worst hotel in India also in my life.They take my money from expedia but no room.Money return expedia!
